What immediately strikes you when you reach the penthouse on the top floor with the elevator, are the different levels in the room. Bringing up parts of the floor creates stages in the room, each with its own function. This way you can look out from the seat corner. One of the clever interventions that Cris applied in this design. Everything in the room breathes subdued luxury, from the Gyrofocus hanging hair, to the custom-made detached kitchen, finished with deep black swamp oak and old walnut veneer.
The use of color and the choice of natural materials give the penthouse an exceptionally warm appearance. There are walls finished with wood, leather, natural stone and cement. These cement walls have embossed patterns that are inspired by the Bungehuis from Amsterdam. The industrial-looking partitions and sliding doors made of steel and glass provide airy connections between the various rooms. This apartment can easily compete with lofts in New York and Paris.
